I really like this painting...I personally love Salvador Dali and I really think this picture shows a lot of life with the egg in the hand on the right and then a kind of a dreary, "rough" hand on the left symbolizing death
I find these paintings really interesting, I have a Salvador Dali calender at my house and honestly I sometimes sit there and just stare at it. I think the left side appears dead but is actually alive, you can tell by how the plant is withered on the right but standing up straight on the left. I also think its pretty cool that you enjopy this kind of art.
